Terms and Conditions
Delivery- You will automatically be notified of the reciept of your order. Your goods should arrive within 10 days of ordering in the UK. If there is going to be any delay we will inform you via email. Please email us at presents2please@aol.com if you have any queries.
Prices- All prices are correct and will only be changed if there is a change in VAT.
Trade Descriptions Act- Every care is taken to ensure that all descriptions are correct.
Returns Policy- We guarantee to replace or refund any item that does not meet with your complete satisfaction. All we ask is that the item is returned to us within 14 days, unused and in its original packaging with all original documentation. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Returning an item- Please email if you want to return an item and I will give you instuctions on how to do so. Please note that the customer is responsible for return postage or carriage charges. Returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until safely received by us. We will only action replacements or refunds when the goods arrive with us.
We recommend you request a Proof of Postage Certificate (free) from the Post Office if you are returning items.
